The Young Artist Competition is an annual competition for musicians up to age 23. Winners will be awarded a solo appearance with the Adelphi in our upcoming concert season.
Competition Details
Divisions:
College (student in a University/College/Conservatory 18 – 23);
Senior (High school student 15-18) ;
Junior (14 and under) Division – As of Feb 1 2025
Past Soloists with the orchestra will be ineligible
Important Deadline:
1. February 1, 2025, Video Audition cut off.
Finalists will be chosen from the Video Round
2. Saturday, April 26, 2025,
Finals in Marc Scorca Hall at the National Opera Center NYC.
Awards will be given in each category and soloists chosen for the 2025-26 Concert Season

Video Round:
Select a work of your choice (one movement of a concerto) or a short piece.
Accompaniment is not required but suggested.
Submit an audition recording via Youtube, Vimeo.
